Annika Rose is a social entrepreneur, wellbeing scientist and meditation teacher. She has worked as a mental health professional in both the UK and Australia and has two degrees in psychology. Once upon a time she was an usher at the Cirque Du Soleil.

Annika founded The Wellbeing Collective in 2014 to positively impact the wellbeing of as many people in as many places as possible. She is passionate about mind health and wants to redefine what it means to live well. Her work focuses on increasing wellbeing and happiness in clients by bringing the latest science to life and using evidence-based digital offerings to spark positive transformation.

Annika is serious about happiness. She is a published wellbeing researcher and has presented her work at international conferences in the USA, Europe and Australia. She has been a contributor for newspapers, magazines, websites, smartphone apps and policy papers on mental health, happiness and wellbeing. 

Annika authentically lives and breathes what she teaches and brings a dynamic, creative approach to her work. She loves to learn, share and be inspired. When she's not working she can be found travelling, drinking tea or walking her Papoodle (Evie) along the beach.

Lena | Wellbeing Consultant

Lena is a specialist in workplace wellbeing. She holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Psychology. Once upon a time she was a tour guide in Neuschwanstein Castle – the famous German fairy tale castle that inspired Cinderella Castle in Disneyland.


Lena contributes to The Wellbeing Collective as wellbeing consultant and workshop facilitator. She has worked with global corporate players and has delivered workshops to a range of international clients. She is also experienced in the design and evaluation of corporate learning and development programs. 

Lena is passionate about social change and supporting a shift in society’s thinking to establish a healthy environment that fosters flourishing, personal growth and authenticity.

Lena loves connecting with people, observing the universe, and sharing ideas or any kind of delicious food. Outside the office she can be found relaxing in her Cambodian hammock, playing the guitar next to a cosy bonfire, or travelling the world.

DELFINA | Wellbeing consultant

Positive Psychologist

Delfina is a clinical psychologist with a wealth of experience in the world of positive psychology. Since completing her MSc Applied Positive Psychology, she has become a proactive Positive Psychology Practitioner trained to create wellbeing programs and implement interventions in diverse settings.  

Delfina is the Argentinian Director of the Latin-American Centre of Positive Psychology and the Leader of the Educational Programme of Positive Applied Education in Argentina and Chile. She is passionate about creating innovative ways of leading education to new horizons, were the person is at the centre of the learning process and can flourish within their community.

Educational learning processes not only happen at schools - Delfina also works in organisations and institutions where there is a need of transformational change. She educates and empowers clients towards a wellbeing culture that is infused with collaborative and accountable team work and trusting relationships. 

When she's not at work, Delfina loves to seek out new adventures. A seasoned world traveller, she balances her time between adventure sports, spiritual retreats and immersing herself in new cultures where she can live, learn and explore. 

JESS | Wellbeing cREATOR

The science of thriving in the wellbeing domain is Jess’s jam. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently studying an Honour’s degree, on her path to becoming a sport psychologist. As a Capricorn, her drive and love of learning aids in rolling with the momentum and ticking off her goals one by one.

Jess is a valuable part of the WellCo. family, contributing as a well-being researcher, interviewer, content creator and workshop facilitator. She’s previously collaborated with the University of Western Australia in delivering and evaluating a wellbeing intervention for high-school students.   

She oozes positivity and is passionate about educating others on how to look at life sunny- side up. She believes that ultimate potential can be reached through utilising one’s strengths and adaptive abilities.   

With a background competing internationally in sailing, Jess is experienced in the factors that maintain and enhance well-being in crucial moments. Practicing what she preaches, she incorporates regular mindfulness and sweaty pursuits as her daily non-negotiables.   

When she’s not working hard, you can catch Jess SUPPing on a wave at different exotic locations around the world, or at home at Mettams Pool in Perth. Alternatively, she can be found eating homemade bliss balls by the fire on a camping trip with the boys!
