Your trainer is Annika Rose, Happiness Scientist and Mindfulness Teacher. Annika carried out groundbreaking wellbeing research on mindfulness in 2012 before becoming a Mindfulness teacher in 2013. Since then, she has worked with world leaders in the modern mindfulness movement including Headspace Meditation Inc. Annika has trained on mindful leadership with Google's Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute and regularly features as a mindfulness expert in the media. Annika runs mindful masterclasses for her corporate clients and also works one-on-one as a Mindfulness Mentor.
