Annika Rose is a wellbeing scientist and mindfulness teacher with two degrees in psychology. As founder of The Wellbeing Collective, she brings the science of thriving to life in smart and simple ways as a speaker, teacher and writer. Since publishing her world-first mindfulness research, Annika has presented her work at international conferences in the USA, Europe and Australia.
